American Flag Veggie Tray

1.5 Cup cauliflower pieces
2 Red Bell Peppers
10oz Pepper Jack Cheese Block
2.5 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
1 Large cucumbers 
10oz Whole Button Mushrooms
1 square container veggie Dip




Wash all vegetables throughly and drain in strainer. 

Julienne or cut red peppers into strips. Cut pepper jack cheese into small cubes. Peel cucumbers then slice into 1/4 inch thick slices. Halve button mushrooms. 

On a Large cookie sheet or rectangular serving platter, place square veggie container in top left corner of sheet. Arrange Cucumber in a row at top of cookie sheet, Arrange rows of each vegetable in the following order below Cucumber: tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, red bell pepper, cauliflower, tomatoes, button mushrooms.
