Deconstructed Burger

* You can purchase Cauliflower pearls in most stores. Otherwise to prepare pearled cauliflower at home: Cut 1 large head of cauliflower into rough pieces. Place into food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles small pearls. If you do not have a food processor, you can grait large pieces of cauliflower head using a standard box graiter.
Bonus! Using the box graiter method should definitely qualify as a work out!

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
160z Pearled cauliflower (See above)
1/3 cup chicken broth
3oz ground turkey patty
1 Egg
1/2 avocado, sliced
handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:
sauté garlic in olive oil in large sauce ban until tender. Add cauliflower and chicken broth. Cover and simmer 8 minutes or until tender.

Prepare 3oz turkey patty in pan until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Prepare 1 egg in fry pan cooking 3 minutes on each side until desired texture.

Assembly: 1/2 cup Cooked cauliflower topped with turkey patty. Layer cooked egg a top patty and garnish with sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
