White Fish Dip

Ingredients:
12oz can       Solid White Tuna, drained
3T                  Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Cloves        Garlic, Minced
2T                  Onion, Minced
4 dashes      Wocesteshire
4 dashes      Tobasco
2T                  Lemon Juice
1T                  Chopped Chives
1t                   Paprika
                      Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Drain Tuna and place in medium size mixing bowl. add Greek yogurt, onion, and garlic. Mix until combined. Add wocestishire, black pepper, lemon juice, and tobasco to taste. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives.
Serve with whole wheat crackers or cut vegetables.
