Steak Kebab with Grilled Avocado

8-10oz           Beef Medallions (1-1.5 inches/1 inches thick)
1 medium     Red Onion
1                     Green Bell Pepper
1                     Orange Pepper                
1/4 cup          Worcestershire
1/4 cup          Soy Sauce
1  clove          Garlic, minced
1 medium      Avocado, Halved with skin


Place beef medallions in a large resalable bag along with Worcestershire, soy sauce, and garlic. Let marinate for at least 4 hours. Fill a large bowl with water and soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Chop red onion, green pepper, and orange pepper into large pieces. Once Meat has marinated, assemble kebabs by alternating beef and one of the three vegetable slices. Leave a small space between each item.
Grill kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning as needed or until meat and vegetables are thoroughly cooked
Cut whole avocado in half, leaving the skin on. Remove pit. Place Avocado, skin side up, onto grill and let cook 4-5 minutes until grill marks apparent. Remove from heat and serve with kebabs.
