Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce

1 Pound Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoon Chopped Parsley
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 egg

Tzatziki Sauce:
1 English Cucumber, Grated
16oz Non Fat Greek Yogurt
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Chopped Dill
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix ground turkey and bread crumbs together. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and lemon zest. Add 1 beaten egg; mix until just combined.

Roll the mixtue to 1 1/4 inch meatballs. Place evenly onto baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

For Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in medium size bowl. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour prior to serving. May garnish with additional Chopped DIll.
